Goddess and The Baker- Chicago
Just a couple blocks west from Millennium Park, Goddess and the Baker is a great spot to grab coffee and a bite to eat while exploring Chicago. With specialty lattes, fresh pastries, and plenty of breakfast and lunch options, it’s an easy stop to work into a day downtown.
Whether you're fueling up before a morning of sightseeing or taking a break between destinations, the café offers a casual, welcoming place to slow down and recharge before heading back out into the city. It's the kind of spot we love discovering when we travel—somewhere to enjoy a good cup of coffee and take a break from the busy pace of exploring.
Unfortunately, we found this gem a little too late in our trip to experience it more than once. But Chicago is a city we'll return to, and Goddess and the Baker will definitely be on our list when we do. Sometimes, finding a place you wish you'd discovered sooner just gives you another reason to come back.
